There will be a monthly class offered for those who are preparing to have an infant baptized. This class will be mandatory for any parents that will have their child baptized. The class must be attended prior to the baptism of the child.
The Infant Baptism class will be held on the second Sunday of each month following 10:30 am Mass (beginning at about 11:45 am) in the Fr. Fisher Hall.
If you are preparing to have a baby please do not wait until he/she is born to start planning for their baptism, you may attend the Infant Baptism class anytime prior to the birth of your child. If you are preparing for baptism it is important that you notify the parish office to make arrangements to attend the class and set the date for your baby’s baptism.
I very pleased to be able to offer the Infant Baptism class; in the past this was not a possibility due to the lack of resources. The baptism of your infant it is very important event that requires the proper preparation and understanding of the commitment that is being under taken by the parents.
Please start planning ahead and sign up for the Infant Baptism Class. Infant baptisms are scheduled for the first Sunday of each month at 1:00 p.m.
